The research aimed to prove empirically the contribution of transformational leadership toward organizational commitment.

Random sampling was employed, and 198 employees were respondents. Multiple linear regression using SPSS was used as the analytical tool. The research examined transformational leadership through inspirational motivation, individualized consideration, idealized influence, and intellectual stimulation. The results indicated that inspirational motivation and individualized consideration had positive and significant effects on organizational commitment. Idealized influence and intellectual stimulation had no effect toward organizational commitment.
